Once you have activated your Williams College User Account and reset the password, you will be able to access the Ephs Patient Portal with your
Williams Username (email, not including the '@williams.edu', i.e. XYZ1) and the corresponding Password

(characters such as * & $ % ' < > ! # may not be used in your Password)

If you run into difficulty logging-in, please try changing your Unix password at Okta

If that doesn't work, email Health@Williams.edu for assistance.

From this site you may:

• Find ALL MANDATORY forms for NEW students.
• Find ALL REQUIRED forms for Athletic Clearance in Varsity, JV, and/or Club Sports.
  • Do NOT complete these forms until you have received an email from Sports Medicine instructing you to do so.
    
• Send and receive secure communication with your Student Health Center, IWS, and Athletics/Sports Medicine providers.
• Obtain required Health Forms for completion.
  
• Upload completed forms to your record.
